Welsh Tartan

Welsh Tartans and the wearing of the "Cilt" (i.e. Kilt - there is no 'K" in the Welsh alphabet) have undergone a resurgence in the last few decades. Acknowledge your Welsh heritage by choosing from this range of over 40 pure wool mediumweight tartans, perfect for all types of clothing and soft furnishings. 58 inches / 145cms wide.

Priced per metre; minimum order is 1m and a freight surcharge may apply to single-metre lengths. If you order more than one metre, the fabric will be supplied as one continuous length.

Most Welsh tartans have Welsh family names; each has several other variants and associated names, check here for all the name variants. There are also some generic or universal tartans such as St Davids Welsh National, Pride of Wales, Spirit of Glyndwr.
