Claymore - Brown Handle

As used by Highlanders of the 15th and 16th centuries, made to deliver great sweeping slashes or powerful thrusts, this looks fabulous displayed on the wall along with with a strip of your Clan Tartan.

The classic design has distinctive sloping quillons (cross hilt arms) terminating in quatrefoils (four-lobed clover designs). The brown leather-covered grip is topped by a circular pommel. No sheath, as warriors historically carried the Claymore over their shoulder.
